Qasim Ahmed, 21, became the victim of the horrific attack after the family of his girlfriend, 19-year-old Aqsa Chaudry, found out about their secret relationship and did not approve of it. A man was stabbed in his behind while sleeping in bed after he fought with another man over a girl, police in Ohio said. The Cleveland Police Department said that man who was stabbed in the backside while sleeping, initially told police that he did not know who attacked him. He did however, say that he fought with a man over a girl before the attack. Family members of the man, who live in a home on Gay Avenue, told investigators that they were sleeping at the time of the attack, which occurred around 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday Paramedics who arrived at the scene, took the 24-year-old man to the MetroHealth Medical Center, where he finally told investigators who has stabbed him. The victim told police that Donte stabbed him in the behind, and he lives somewhere in the hood. He refused to say anything more about his attacker.
