Manchester United could lose second big-money midfielder with Valencia after Juan Mata

The La Liga side think they can lure the Spaniard back to  his home country for a knock-down £20m fee. Mata joined the Old Trafford outfit from Chelsea for £37.5m in January 2014 but could be set to leave for almost half that just 18 months later. The Daily Mirror  claim Valencia want to re-sign Mata after selling him to the Blues in 2011. Mata was forced to leave the La Liga side to help finance what was a crumbling empire at the Mestalla but thanks to new owner Peter Lim they have new-found financial muscle. The report follows the news that Paris St-Germain are still interested in signing Angel di Maria after missing out on the Argentine last summer. If United do decide to sell the pair they could be set for a windfall in excess of £80m.
