Inactive forceful notes appear to be the 21st century method for managing things which agitate us. So when this present gentleman's bicycle was 'stolen', he chose to put pen to paper. He composed: 'To the person who stole my bicycle beforehand here: If you have a shred of respectability you will return it with another lock and re-assess your life decisions.'
