Police Dog Mauls Man’s Face face after he surrendered
A Guy is suing his local police after one of their dogs mauled his face during an arrest after he had put his hands up and surrendered. Martin Lee Hoogveldt, 33, had already given himself up after armed police entered his home in response to a disturbing-the-peace complaint in 2013, but the canine still jumped at him, biting him across the face.
