A student was kidnapped, threatened with having his penis cut off, and even stabbed in the buttocks, a court has heard.
Qasim Ahmed, 21, became the victim of the horrific attack after the family of his girlfriend, 19-year-old Aqsa Chaudry, found out about their secret relationship and did not approve of it. Aqsa’s brother, Hamzah Chaudry, along with three others including her father forced Mr Ahmed into a car where they punched and kicked him before driving him from Watford to a field in Northamptonshire. While there the assailants, who were armed a machete, stripped Mr Ahmed’s pants off, however he was able to make his escape. The student, who was fearing for his life, ran for an hour-and-a-half before finding a secluded house and calling the police. The court heard how Hamzah confronted Mr Ahmed in Watford before bundling him into the car, telling him: ‘You’re not getting out of Watford, you’re coming with me. This is my town, I know everyone.
