Not so happy Voter Drew A Penis On Their Ballot Paper
A furious voter drew a photo of a penis on his ticket paper rather than a X for a Tory MP - and it considered a vote. Preservationist MP Glyn Davies today uncovered how the voter's penis dissent exploded backward by issuing him the additional vote.
