Individuals in China, were shocked to see a mother keeping firefighters from sparing the life of her young child who was caught in a her BMW. A man in China was shocked after he found his car covered in sanitary towels – which had been stuck all over the vehicle by his jealous girlfriend. Li Tan, 23, from Dancheng Township, eastern China, stuck the pads to the car after becoming convinced that boyfriend De Wu, 24, was having an affair. But in reality, he had been staying at a friend’s house while he planned a surprise birthday party for his girlfriend. Oh. It isn’t clear whether the birthday party went ahead in the end, but we wouldn’t bet on it.

Tao Lu, from southern China, said the strange piglet even survived his birth, however he was rejected by his mother and therefore died shortly after, even as Tao tried to feed him from a bottle. Tao, 40, put images of the piglet online where they quickly went viral before being brought by a Chinese news agency. He said he was inundated with calls almost immediately from wealthy people offering large sums of money for the piglet thinking it had survived. ‘It is a shame it died, I could have got more money for it then for the rest of the family put together based on what people were offering me on the phone,’ he said. The piglet’s 18 siblings were all reportedly born without any defects. Taod says he now hopes to put the piglet’s corpse on display for visitors.

Having passed two bags through security without problem, the smuggler unsurprisingly set off the metal body-scanner alarms. Staff at the port, which connects Hong Kong with mainland China, later commented on the man's "weird walking posture, joint stiffness [and] muscle tension". Reported by Chinese publication Sina, the man had a range of iPhones strapped to his back, chest, stomach and legs, including the new iPhone 6 and older iPhone5/5s model, both in various colour options.
