Police are hunting a masturbating flasher who broke into a home, took a photo of a woman showering with her own phone then posted it on her Facebook page. The bizarre and disturbing crime took place at a residential complex in Altamonte Springs, Florida, US. Locals had previously reported a man touching himself outside an apartment window, reports WESH 2 News.
