Robbery victim ordered to pay phone thief $11,000
A theft casualty was stunned to be fined $11,000 for thrashing a telephone criminal for attempting to snatch his telephone, as per court archives in China.
The court in Dongguan, sentenced the man distinguished as Yuan, to three months probation notwithstanding the fine.
The hoodlum recognized as Zeng, attempted to take the cellphone from Yuan, yet he battled him off and pursued with two other men.
The three got up to speed with Zeng and beat him up.
Zeng reported the occurrence to the police, and the three men were captured on charges of attack.
Yuan and his assistants were discovered criminally at risk for the beating.
Zeng was not arraigned for the robbery on the grounds that the casualty neglected to document a police grumbling.
