An incapacitated previous trucker has been seen conveying his mobility scooter up steps while asserting £1,340 a month in handouts.
Gwynfor Jones from Bournemouth claims that he is too sick to work and that he has endured six heart assaults, a minor stroke, a kidney blockage and has 'dodgy legs'.
Mr Jones, 50, told the Sun: 'I'm not physically fit for working and haven't been for quite a long time. I require the bike. I can stroll up three stages before I'm buggered.
