A lady has been imprisoned for neglecting to give back a feature she leased in 2005.

Kayla Michelle Finley, of South Carolina, US, had VHS tape Monster-In-Law sitting in her home for 10 years. 

She leased the Jennifer Lopez film from Dalton Videos – now bankrupt. 

Finley, 27, was at a police headquarters on another matter when officers uncovered a capture warrant for her, CNN reports. 

The stores proprietor had even reached the police in an offer to get her to return it. 

She was captured on a misdeed indictment of inability to give back the feature and spent a night in prison on the grounds that her listening ability couldn't be held until the next day. 

CNN site Finley as saying: 'I'm no criminal, however Pickens County Sheriff's office sure made me feel like I was.’
