Staff at Destiny Kids Nursery in Battersea, south west London, said they didn't understand young lady had some piece of her shaved by another tot on the grounds that she didn't cry. 

Mum Julie Muir, 34, was astonished when she gathered her from nursery and saw Helena had some piece of her hair shorn off. 

She has subsequent to reported the matter to Ofsted and Wansworth Council. 

Philanthropy laborer Julie, 34, told the Mirror: 'A colossal piece of her hair was absent. I was so irate I couldn't talk.' 

The scissors were in the den as a major aspect of the preschool's learning day about hairdressing. 

CCTV footage demonstrated the kid running the razor twice over Helena's head. 

Julie of Clapham, south west London, said the razor was 'messy, disturbing and loaded with hair'. 

She said staff advised her they let children play with it to 'upgrade the experience' of the hairdressing day, including: 'It's unfathomable to think kids about that age were permitted to play with something so risky.' 

Benedicta Kwakuyi guaranteed the instructor had not understood there were batteries in it, as indicated by Julie 

Wandsworth Council tyke security officers are researching. 

Predetermination Kids Nursery said: 'We have apologized lavishly and completely acknowledge that what happened wasn't right. We are considering the issue to a great degree important and an individual from staff has been suspended therefore.
