Inmate dies after having crack pipe removed from vagina

An inmate died after having a crack pipe removed from her vagina.

April Rollison was arrested on drug charges earlier this month in Polk County, Florida, US.

But during a body scan at Polk County Jail deputies spotted two items inside the 31-year-old’s vagina.

She was taken to hospital.

Officers believe she removed the crack while no-one was around and ingested the drugs.

Medical staff took out the crack pipe.

Her condition deteriorated when she was taken back to her cell and died on Monday.
